Terms & Condition

Purchase & Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. 

During the payment, your bank might charge you extra fees for paying in a different currency. Note that the currency's rate is changeable.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.

[If your order is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order.]

We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received the payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Knowing that the clearance products are not applicable for exchange or cancellation.

By using our site, you represent and agree that you are at least 18 years of age or older and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, representations, and warranties set forth in this agreement. The site is not intended or designed to attract users under the age of 18. We do not collect personal information from any person we know to be under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you are not permitted to disclose or send to us any personal information.

Clearance Products

  • Limited Stock Availability: Clearance products are available in limited quantities. We will fulfill orders for clearance items on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Order Fulfillment: Orders for clearance products will be processed in the order they are received. We strive to update our inventory regularly, but due to the limited nature of clearance items, we cannot guarantee the availability of products at the time your order is placed.
  • Out of Stock Notifications: If a clearance item you ordered is no longer in stock, our customer service team will contact you promptly. In such cases, we may offer alternative products or assist you in canceling your order. Any charges made for out-of-stock items will be refunded.
  • No Returns, Cancellations, or Exchanges: Due to the nature of clearance items, all sales are final. We are unable to offer returns, cancellations, or exchanges on any clearance products. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Business Days

All days referenced are working days (Sunday - Thursday). Knowing that Friday and Saturday are not business days.

Any orders placed after 10 AM, will be processed on the next business day.

 

Delivery

*Outside the city limits, we may arrange for the order to be delivered to the nearest branch in his city and the customer must pick up the order within 3 business days unless the order will be returned.

Otherwise, The customer can arrange the delivery process with 3rd party courier and we can cooperate to handle the shipment at their location (within city limits).

Deliveries to the western area will take longer than mentioned on the website, and it will be within our branch's limits.

If the order delivery location is in a remote area we may arrange the order to be delivered through 3rd party and the shipping courier may request for an extra cost.

Free Shipping/Delivery

A limited-time free shipping offer may be implemented across all products on the website, subject to our standard exclusions.

Excluded products will be shown without a Free Delivery label.

As well as products that are excluded from Free Delivery, clearance products will also be shown without a label.

In the event that free delivery excluded items are added to the cart with free delivery items, the shipping fees will be calculated directly and displayed during the checkout process.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit free shipping/delivery offers on any orders, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
